We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:- To attend to all client enquiries and assist in obtaining the most competitive quotation that suits their preference, budget and choice of benefits.
- To liaise with insurers for quotations, enquiries or requests from clients and follow up on quotations and policies issuance.
- To coordinate with clients for their insurance renewals and liaise with insurers in placement of cover.
- To engage in marketing activities to promote our insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with general insurance products and services.
- Coaching and leadership skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Process automation and business intelligence skills.
