- Providing one-stop General Insurance Solutions to customers
- Attending to customer enquiries and assisting with quotations
- Liaising with insurers for quotations and policies
- Reneewing policies and coordinating with insurers
- Managing claims, from advising clients to final settlement
- Setting customer expectations and resolving issues
- Liaising with stakeholders and developing new prospects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- Customer Service Operations and Interpersonal Skills
- Adaptability, Communication, and Time Management skills
- Disposition and Team Player attitude
