Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Client Servicing Executive. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance product comparisons and quotes.
  • Assist customers through the end-to-end purchase process, from quotation to policy issuance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure completion of applications and address any concerns.
  • Liaise with insurers and internal teams to clarify product details, underwriting requirements, or application status.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide post-sale support, such as policy document clarification or endorsement requests.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A).
  • CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI).
  • At least one year of experience in insurance sales.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.

Desirable Skills:

  • Customer-oriented mindset, sharp analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Financial Wellness, FinTech, and InsurTech.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an asset.
