Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Cross-selling products to customers
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week. Work hours are between 8:00am and 10:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Shift coverage includes weekdays and weekends.

Training Period (First 2 months): Full-day shift from Monday-Thursday (9:00am-6:00pm), Friday (9:00am-5:00pm) to follow training schedule and gain hands-on experience

From the 3rd month onward: Continue with full-day shift assignment
