Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and make sense of data, and communicate data insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead teams across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement financial restructuring plans.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in complex liquidations and restructurings.
• Review financial analyses, financial models, and recommend financial restructuring plans.
• Execute financial restructuring plans.
• Manage sale of distressed assets.
• Provide recommendations on simplifying legal entity structures of clients.
• Review correspondence to clients with creditors during restructuring or insolvency.
• Manage project and guide the team to execute judicial management, receivership, and liquidation.
Requirements:
• Background in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field.
• At least 5 to 7 years' experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
• Member of ISCA preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to expand personal network to build the business.
