We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Operations Lead to join our team at AATHI RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operation.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve restaurant efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu development and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience as a restaurant operations lead or manager in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to enforce compliance.
- Familiarity with North Indian cuisine and ability to adapt to new recipes and techniques.
