Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for medical equipment, including on-site maintenance and servicing.
  • Deliver high-quality after-sales maintenance services, calibrate electronic components, and conduct laser alignment procedures.
  • Supervise routine repair tasks, troubleshoot issues, and manage installation setups.
  • Administer spare part inventory and handle warranty spare part returns.
  • Schedule routine servicing and assist in equipment setup for demonstrations and new installations.
  • Manage equipment maintenance service contracts and handle administrative documentation.
  • Ensure thorough documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical matters.
  • Prepare and maintain technical service reports accurately.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting skills in similar industry.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team.
