About the Role

As a Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting a collaborative team spirit, and providing functional support.

  • Submit regular business updates, including monthly flash reports.
  • Prepare and manage minutes of meetings with internal and external stakeholders arranged by the commercial department.
  • Facilitate and organize commercial, technical, and operational discussions to address business inquiries and project requirements.

You will work autonomously on assigned tasks, providing regular progress updates to supervisors and ensuring deadlines and targets are met.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring timely updates or setups in the TIM system for new contracts, capacity changes, rate adjustments, and contract durations.

Additionally, you will verify that commercial fees are accurately generated on invoices issued by Finance.

Monitor payment timelines, send bi-weekly reminders to customers, and follow up promptly on overdue payments to ensure all payments are made within the agreed credit term.

This is a full-time role based in Tanjung Langsat Johor.
