This position requires an individual who can provide top-notch service to all Club members and guests, handle front desk duties with ease, and attend to phone call enquiries and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle phone call enquiries, bookings, and tours
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- 'O' level and experience in hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages an advantage
- MS Office proficiency required
- Experience in handling credit card payments, administrative duties, etc.
- Team player with a pleasant disposition and service-oriented
- Able to commit 6 days work week and shift duties
