Customer Service Representative
Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless workflow at the front desk. This involves handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in a professional manner.
This position requires the ability to multitask effectively, be enthusiastic and positive in nature, and have an excellent telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering switchboard calls within 3 rings and directing messages to the right recipients.
- Providing reception services efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
- Greeting, receiving, informing, and guiding on-site visitors arriving at the main reception desk.
Maintenance of visitor/participant logs to sign in and sign out is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Prioritizing tasks to accomplish the most important work.
- Meeting high standards of hospitality and welcome at all times on the front desk.
- Effective multitasking, enthusiasm, and excellent telephone manners.
A strong interpersonal relations ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are also essential.
Benefits:Minimum requirements include a minimum 'O' level certificate, strong interpersonal relations ability, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional desirable qualifications include prior experience in hospitality, good public relation and communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with clients and staff members.
