About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious product innovator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development and strategy across various healthcare and wellness initiatives.

  • This role is critical in shaping our product vision, identifying user needs, and guiding the development of new features and products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market opportunities within the healthcare & wellness sector.
    • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on user research, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
    • Translate the product strategy into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Product Development & Execution:
    • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features and enhancements to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features based on data and user feedback.
  • User Research & Customer Empathy:
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows within the healthcare & wellness context.
    • Analyze user research findings and translate them into actionable product insights and improvements.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare & wellness user landscape, including industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Act as a product evangelist, representing the product and its value proposition.
