What you'll achieve:

  • Assist senior designers in creating innovative solutions, translating ideas.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas
  • Be excited to experiment with different approaches and take ownership of parts of the design process, from sketching concepts to prototyping
  • Identify new opportunities by analyzing customer pain points and unmet needs, market trends and competitive gaps.
  • Contribute to the visual aspects of the design solution, ensuring that designs are aesthetically appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with design, research and engineering team to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, and market validate new experiences, ideas and innovations

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product design and innovation with a proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions.
  • Demonstrating ability to design visually stunning, functional, and innovative design solutions, backed by an impressive portfolio
  • Ability to synthesize and join the dots across different projects, sources, people to get to compelling opportunities
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
