Marketing Innovation Lead

As a Marketing Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects and shaping the innovation roadmap for our organization in the APAC region.

  • Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Development:
    • You will develop a robust portfolio strategy by identifying key growth opportunities based on consumer insights and market trends.
    • You will drive innovation projects from concept development through to market rollout, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest preferences.
  • Consumer-Centric Product Development:
    • You will lead research initiatives to validate hypotheses and uncover key consumer insights that guide product innovation.
    • You will collaborate with NPD and brand teams to conceptualize products that align with our unique brand identity and resonate with guests.
  • Cross-functional Project Leadership:
    • You will serve as the project manager for innovation initiatives, engaging cross-functional teams with a clear roadmap and timeline.
    • You will effectively influence and communicate the growth story to internal and external stakeholders using consumer data and strategic insights.
  • Sustainability & Market Trends:
    • You will lead projects focused on sustainability targets, contributing to our commitment to environmental responsibility.
    • You will maintain a network of partners and suppliers, staying informed on technology and market trends that impact the food and beverage industry.
  • Portfolio Governance:
    • You will administer global portfolio governance, ensuring cohesive product strategy and alignment with overall business goals.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4-8 years experience in marketing innovation, with strong track record of delivering growth through product innovation.
    • Experience leading consumer research, with ability to draw actionable insights and collaborate with research agencies.
    • Previous experience in FMCG/QSR/F&B industry highly desired.
    • Data-driven mindset, with ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic recommendations.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders across various functions.
    • Ability to influence and inspire with compelling narrative that aligns with brand goals.

You will be expected to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
