About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic communications initiatives that drive business growth and innovation. As Senior Director of Product Communications, you will develop and execute compelling narratives that convey Visa's product innovation prowess.

You will be responsible for crafting engaging stories and messaging that resonate with key stakeholders, including media, industry analysts, and customers. Your expertise in strategic communications, product marketing, and leadership communication will enable you to deliver impactful communications counsel to senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications strategies that drive awareness and adoption of new products and services
  • Craft compelling narratives and messaging that convey Visa's innovation story
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry analysts
  • Oversee communication plans for product launches and partner with product teams to create thought leadership content
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in communications or related field, preferably in product marketing or leadership communication role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
