Nanyang Institute of Management PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive student recruitment.
  • Identify high-growth areas and expand our presence in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with education institutions and colleges across different geographical locations.
  • Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, and road shows to promote our programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in student recruitment or sales in an international private education industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
