Welcome to our hotel where you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role as a Bellman is crucial in making their stay memorable.

As a representative of our hotel, you will be assisting guests with their luggage from taxis and cars. You will also be responsible for opening and closing car doors for arriving and departing guests. Your knowledge of daily arrivals and departures will help ensure that all VIPs receive the best service possible.

Your responsibilities will include guiding guests through the check-in process, answering basic billing inquiries, and providing information about the room such as directions and features. You will also be communicating with different departments to welcome VIP guests and ensuring that all guests have a smooth check-out experience.

We are looking for an independent and motivated individual who has a friendly personality. If you are knowledgeable about the hotel and places of interest in Singapore, we want to hear from you. You will be working rotating shift hours over weekends and public holidays, so flexibility is a must.
