Guest Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional experience of our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury boutique hotel group in Singapore, operating some of Marriott International's top hotels.

Our portfolio includes Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection; Maxwell Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection; The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; and The Serangoon House, a boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout guest rooms and replenish amenities
  • Sign for room keys and assist with laundry or public area tasks
  • Adapt to new situations efficiently and provide excellent customer service
  • Work well in pressurized environments and be punctual
