Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. This includes planning and coordinating production and warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are stored and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
  • Oversee the movement of products among warehouses and retail partners
  • Ensure that costs are minimized while maintaining high quality in finished products
  • Process orders and oversee cycle of order fulfillment
  • Responsible for maintaining proper equipment listing, inspections of outlet equipment, and reporting on maintenance issues
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work and supervise contractors and inspect completed works
  • Picking, packing, and labelling of outgoing stock based on delivery order and ensure they are accurate before being delivered
  • Place and stack stock in proper manner at assigned locations
  • Receive and inspect all incoming stock
  • Oversee the work area's cleanliness, safety, and overall compliance with regulations and tariffs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
