Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including inspections, road tax matters, and registration.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing vehicle sales and disposal, as well as maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance packages.

This is a key role within the organization, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all inspection and road tax matters for all vehicles
  • Responsible for vehicle registration, sales and disposal
  • Responsible for vehicles' maintenance package billing
  • Responsible for PDPA and BCM
  • Assisting in vehicle's lifespan extension
  • First level verifying and approving downtime for vehicles
  • Assist hirer on vehicular or downtime enquiries
  • Provide guidance and support to the team members
  • Generating & analysing reports
  • Cover duties for team members
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a diploma qualification and at least one year of experience in an administrative capacity.

A strong understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and repair principles is essential, as well as knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Fleet Management experience is highly desirable, and a background in EVs would be an added advantage.
