Pet Hotel Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Pet Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium pet hotel and affiliated café. This key role requires strong hospitality management expertise and proven experience in pet resort and animal care operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Operations: Lead and oversee all aspects of the pet hotel, including daycare, boarding, grooming coordination, and wellness services.
  • Café Operations: Manage the operations of the affiliated pet café, ensuring smooth service, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Design and implement international-standard hospitality service protocols for both pets and owners.
  • Team Training & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff across hotel and café functions, ensuring professionalism and high service standards.
  • Facility & Service Development: Innovate and implement new enrichment activities, wellness programs, and café experiences.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with NParks/AVS regulations (animal care) and NEA standards (F&B hygiene).
  • Business & Resource Management: Monitor KPIs, manage resources, and support group-level growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hospitality, Business, Animal Science, or related field.
  • Managerial Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in hospitality management, pet resort operations, or F&B service management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high standards in both animal care and customer service.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Knowledge of international hospitality best practices and ability to adapt them to a pet care context.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Animal Welfare: Passion for pets, animal wellness, and lifestyle innovation.
