Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the daily operations of our premium pet hotel and lifestyle pet café. The successful candidate will elevate service standards, lead teams, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of hospitality expertise, animal care knowledge, and F&B management skills. They will be responsible for designing international-standard hospitality service protocols, training staff, and innovating new enrichment activities and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hotel Operations: Lead and oversee all aspects of the pet hotel, including daycare, boarding, grooming coordination, and wellness services.
  • Café Operations: Manage the operations of the affiliated pet café, ensuring smooth service, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Design and implement hospitality service protocols for pets and owners.
  • Team Training & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff across hotel and café functions.
  • Facility & Service Development: Innovate and implement new enrichment activities, wellness programs, and café experiences.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Business & Resource Management: Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, optimize operations, and support group-level growth initiatives.
  • Client Relations: Act as primary liaison for VIP clients, providing tailored experiences and building long-term relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Animal Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in hospitality management, pet resort operations, or F&B service management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high standards in both animal care and customer service.
  • Knowledge of international hospitality best practices and ability to adapt them to a pet care context.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for pets, animal wellness, and lifestyle innovation.
