Process Engineer Job Description

This is a highly technical role that involves developing and optimizing processes for new packaging technology of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) products. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing statistical experiments and analyzing results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions for Photolithography.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2-3 years work experience. They should have strong aptitude for research and development, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to develop and maintain documentation and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs). The candidate should also be proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and comfortable with analysis software tools.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic, and rapidly changing work environment. They should be flexible in their work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments.
