Packaging Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our organization in Singapore. As a critical member of our packaging development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions for our product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing packaging solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Selecting appropriate materials and technologies based on product needs and sustainability goals.
  • Conducting performance testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISTA, ASTM, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance to validate packaging performance.
  • Leading packaging development projects from concept to launch.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to develop innovative packaging solutions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a self-starter who takes initiative and manages multiple priorities.

Candidates should have experience in compression, performance testing, sustainability, budgets, quality assurance, supply chain management, vendor coordination, procurement, project management, packaging design, CAD drawing, and manufacturing. Knowledge of ISTA, ASTM, and ISO standards is also highly desirable.
