We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Job Description- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student registration matters, ensuring seamless processing and prompt resolution of queries.
- Provide professional service and advice to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a service-oriented attitude, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Promote the organization's programs to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Follow up with customers to promote new subjects and courses, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.
- Contribute to meeting sales targets and maximizing retention rates.
- Handle customer enquiries, enrolment, payments, and maintain accurate files for auditing purposes.
- Develop strong rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Support Centre Manager in other duties as required.
- Minimum 'N' Level certification or equivalent.
- Able to commit to working on weekends.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be proficient in technology and computer literate with MS Office applications.
- Show self-driven, independent, and team player qualities with a strong service mindset.
