Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

At Singapore Airlines, we are committed to protecting our corporate networks, systems, and digital assets from cyber threats. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer to join our Group Information Security Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery of security services.
  2. Lead and drive major incidents towards mitigation and resolution in collaboration with multiple internal counterparts.
  3. Ensure excellent communication to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates when an incident occurs.
  4. Respond, assess, and investigate security events in collaboration with vendors.
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the applications, network, and infrastructure teams for investigations.
  6. Perform in-depth analysis and assess vulnerabilities, IOCs, cyber security intelligence, and open-source information to validate security risk and impact to Singapore Airlines, recommending appropriate countermeasures.
  7. Develop and maintain cyber incident response and handling playbooks for various threat scenarios.
  8. Recommend and implement tools to enhance Singapore Airlines' detection, response, and recovery functions and security posture.
  9. Develop methodologies to identify threat adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  10. Keep abreast of new and emerging cyber threats, attack vectors, etc., and assess the impact on Singapore Airlines.
  11. Provide strategic guidance and oversight to vendors and ensure vendors adhere to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
  12. Perform any relevant ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  1. Degree in IT or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant information security working experience.
  2. Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, GCIH, etc.) preferred.
  3. Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR tools preferred.
  4. Strong in-depth working knowledge in networking, Active Directory, Windows and UNIX platforms, and Mitre framework.
  5. Knowledge of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, hacking, and exploit methods, etc.
  6. Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Possess a positive attitude with drive, initiative, enthusiasm, and a keen sense of urgency in resolving high-priority issues.
  8. Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  9. Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services.
  10. Candidates will be considered for a senior role commensurate with their experience.
