Advanced Semiconductor Test Solutions Specialist

Develop and execute comprehensive test systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability in semiconductor device testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative test procedures, leveraging expertise in automated test equipment (ATE) programming and hardware debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing test procedures and systems for semiconductor devices
- Running tests on devices to verify functionality, performance, and reliability
- Analyzing test results to identify test issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing test processes
- Recommending and implementing improvements to test processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, stability, and repeatability
- Creating and maintaining test programs for ATE and semi-auto testing platforms
Education Qualification & Essential:
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Material Sciences or Physics science
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in fab testing expertise, WAT, automated test equipment (ATE), test program development, and test hardware design
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
