  1. Conduct daily cleaning tasks in assigned apartments, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.

  3. Collaborate with residents to ensure their apartment inventories are accurate and up-to-date during check-in and check-out processes.

  5. Assist in training outsourced room attendants on procedures and standards, promoting a culture of excellence within our operations.
  6. Oversee the performance of outsourced attendants, providing guidance and support as required.
  7. Support daily operations by replenishing supplies, ensuring equipment functionality, and attending to residents' requests in a timely manner.
  8. Assist with linen inventory management and update apartment status accordingly.
  9. Manage linen and uniform storage and issuance, maintaining optimal levels of supply to meet operational demands.
  10. Inspect laundered items for cleanliness and adherence to laundry standards, taking corrective action where necessary.
  11. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
