Job Opportunity: Cleanliness Operations Manager

Are you a dynamic leader looking to spearhead a cleanliness team?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Cleanliness Operations Manager.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee and coordinate the cleanliness team to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role involves directing assigned tasks, monitoring progress, and assisting in client liaison.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and Supervising a Team: Lead a team of cleaners to achieve quality service standards by developing effective operation plans and providing guidance on work processes.
  • Developing Operation Plans: Develop and implement effective operation plans to improve work processes and service quality, ensuring compliance with safety measures during cleaning operations.
  • Monitoring Safety Measures: Monitor and control safety measures during cleaning operations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Client Liaison: Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Daily Reporting: Compile and submit daily cleanliness reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols is also essential. Basic computer skills for report compilation and submission are necessary.

Working Conditions:

The job requires working morning and/or night shifts, depending on job site requirements. The work schedule consists of 5 working days per week, with rotating off days.
