Wine Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven, well-connected and results-oriented professional to lead our growth in Singapore and beyond. This is a high-commission based role for someone passionate about wine and eager to grow with an expanding international business.

  • Drive wine sales in Singapore through direct client acquisition, B2B partnerships and retail channels.
  • Identify, approach and secure distributors, restaurants, hotels and specialty wine retailers.
  • Organize and participate in wine-tasting events, trade fairs and promotional campaigns.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales service.
  • Coordinate export opportunities to India, Thailand and upcoming Japan market.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape the sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in wine, F&B or luxury goods.
  • Strong network in hospitality, retail or wine distribution sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working on high commissions.
  • Knowledge or passion for South African wines is an advantage.
