We are seeking a highly skilled system implementation specialist to join our organization.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer engineering, electrical engineering or information technology, with relevant certifications in networking, cloud or cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement system solutions to meet business needs.
- Maintain and improve existing system infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks on system performance.
- Support client training and handover, and provide post-deployment support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
- Relevant certifications in networking, cloud or cybersecurity.
- Experience in technical implementation or support roles, preferably in enterprise IT environments or managed services.
- Strong technical documentation skills and ability to develop clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
