Technical Support

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of presales activities including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, and system demonstrations.
  • Providing technical consultation, system design, and solution proposals for sales teams across SEA projects.
  • Ensuring accuracy of system configurations and quotations for the SEA region.
  • Delivering technical training to SEA sales and technical teams.
  • Providing post-sales technical support to project managers/engineers when required.
  • Assisting with testing and commissioning (T&C) for SEA projects.
  • Preparing and delivering professional customer training materials.
  • Ensuring service quality and compliance with organization's standards and policies.
  • Participating in internal training to continually improve technical knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security, electronics, or small-scale electronic project implementation and commissioning, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases.
  • Familiarity with security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm systems) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in technical presales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive, fast-learning mindset.
