Hardware Designer for High-Temperature Applications

Job Description:
Design and develop compact, heat-resistant hardware for extreme environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate miniaturized components, ensuring internal core temperature remains under 55°C during runtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mechanical housing designs that operate under 250°C ambient conditions.
- Integrate miniaturized components, including compute, battery, and sensors.
- Perform heat simulation, thermal insulation, and shock-resistance design.
- Test hardware in specified sites and environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field.
- Strong experience in heat-resistant enclosure design and miniaturized hardware integration.
- Familiarity with thermal simulation tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Experience with IP65/ IP67 standards, fanless computing, and embedded design.
