Singapore Post Limited seeks a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join its team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the revenue and cost accrual function of IPP, International BU. Your primary objective is to ensure that various services rendered are charged to the correct revenue GL account code and Intl BU cost center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the revenue and cost accrual process for IPP, International BU.
  • Ensure accurate and timely charging of services to the correct revenue GL account code and Intl BU cost center.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of actual billing against revenue accrued.
  • Investigate and inquire reasons for over/under accrual of revenue and prepare journal entries with supporting documents to reverse over/under accrued revenue.

Requirements:
A minimum diploma in a finance-related field is required. 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions is essential. Oracle experience is also a plus.
