Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Autism Behavioral Therapists. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with children, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs and goals.

As an Autism Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating behavioral intervention plans, and implementing techniques to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth in children with ASD.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and colleagues.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disorders
  • Ability to work independently with high sense of responsibility and ethics
  • Patient and empathetic approach when interacting with children and their families
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt interventions to meet individual needs
