About Autism Behavioral Therapist Role:

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Autism Behavioral Therapist. Our school shadowing and one-to-one home-based intervention service provides children with Autism, specializing in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism and implement ABA techniques.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers and family members on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform treatment decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with Autism, preferably in an ABA setting.
  • Ability to work independently, with high sense of responsibility and ethics.
  • Patient and empathetic approach when working with children and families.
  • Comfortable traveling to different locations for therapy sessions.
  • Certification in ABA or related field preferred.
