  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
  • Driving regional expansion efforts through strategic market development.
  • Optimizing sales operations to ensure streamlined processes and sustained revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in sales management, preferably within high-performance environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and standardizing sales processes.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience in regional expansion and market development is highly desirable.
  • Technical background or understanding of solar principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
