Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with a team of Relationship Managers to service FIDS clients across multiple business lines.
- Establish and nurture new contact relationships within suitable financial institutions.
- Manage expectations regarding current services and any changes that may not have a financial impact on the customer or FIDS.
- Proactively track and manage erosions, accounts at risk to prevent/reduce erosion.
