Job Title: Vendor Surveillance Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vendor Surveillance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vendor surveillance activities, ensuring that clients' quality requirements are met, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vendor surveillance assignments and liaise with clients and field personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Source and gain client approval for inspectors with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Ensure that briefs for services contain all necessary details for successful assignment completion.
  • Update and maintain surveillance assignments detail in our systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collect and verify contractor's timesheets and expenses claims.
  • Assist finance on submission of invoicing reports for billing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma preferred; those who match experience requirements may be considered.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an engineering environment.
  • Relevant industry experience is ideal.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced working environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
