We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Vendor and Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and managing contracts to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards. Your primary duties will include vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the organization's procurement processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify potential vendors, conduct thorough evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to expiration, including renewal negotiations and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies throughout the vendor and contract management processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align vendor and contract strategies with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, or related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
