Job Title: Vendor Management Specialist">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring that vendors deliver consistent value to the organization and meet service expectations. They will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors, monitoring performance compliance and contract management. Additionally, they will facilitate negotiation and procurement of vendor services, develop and publish vendor scorecards and performance dashboards, and resolve user software issues.
