Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals and cost estimates for tender projects.
  • Efficiently estimate project quantities and costs for major tenders.
  • Support the Proposal Manager on technical and costing matters during contract acquisition.
  • Plan, coordinate, and consolidate all estimating activities to meet tender deadlines.
  • Analyze and review engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) / BMS (Building Management Systems).
