
Conveyancing Administrative Assistant

The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support in conveyancing matters. This includes handling inquiries, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities include serving redemption notices to banks, organizing calendars and meeting schedules, recording and updating case details, and uploading client information into the File Management System.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting necessary searches, scanning and stamping documents, and archiving matter files.
This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous and focused approach to work
- Excellent communication and email composition skills
- Experience in conveyancing support work is an advantage
