Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at THE DIM SUM PLACE (CCP) II PTE. LTD., you will oversee the day-to-day leadership and management of an outlet on all aspects of operations. This includes providing a high quality of service and delivering an excellent dining experience to all customers. You will be responsible for outlet sales target and KPIs, including overall cost, and enhance leadership and performance excellence of the team members by training, motivating, assessing, and being a role model. You will also respond to customers or team members' comments and feedback professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve outlet sales and profitability.
  • Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitoring and controlling outlet costs, including food cost, labor cost, and other expenses.
  • Ensuring that outlet safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in restaurant management or a related field are preferred.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Able to plan and execute projects and change management.
  • Excellent time management skills.
