Vice President, Client Profiling Specialist

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President, Client Profiling. This role will be responsible for managing the client profiling and due diligence process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HSBC's policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the client profiling and due diligence process, including screening and verification of customer information.
- Develop and maintain procedures for client profiling and due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HSBC's policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, and business units, to ensure effective client profiling and due diligence.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on client profiling and due diligence procedures.
- Monitor and report on client profiling and due diligence activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in client profiling and due diligence, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage data extraction, MI analytics, and investigate issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
