Job Title: Regional Business Development Director

Description:

As a senior business development leader, you will facilitate collaboration between staff, executives, and management to drive business growth and project success. You will oversee daily operations, manage calendars, generate correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule facilities, and coordinate annual leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in tandem with senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with all leadership and staff for increased operational efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Serve as an expert on various matters, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Assist and communicate with management and senior executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; identify knowledge and skills gaps and provide solutions.
  • Optimize current processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Seven or more years of experience in operations, business management, or executive roles.
  • Proven ability to organize and direct multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatility and dedication to efficient productivity.
