About the Role:
  • Oversight of the entire Architectural department and management of ongoing/new projects.
  • Duties as assigned by superiors or management representatives.
  • Attending meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives.
  • Providing endorsement as a Qualified Person (QP) for all architecture plans and various authority submissions for approval.
  • Registering as Director with ACRA in RJC, which involves registering as a director with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for regulatory purposes.
  • Signing off Board Resolutions, Audit Reports, and other documents as required as a registered director with ACRA.
  • Carrying out meetings on criteria related to a project to review terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with various professionals, including engineers and quantity surveyors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Producing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
  • Advising on the practicality of projects.
  • Revising and endorsing submission drawings and plans to authorities.
  • Preparing tender applications, presentations, and negotiations with vendors.
  • Preparing applications for planning and building control departments.
  • Supervising the project from start to finish.
  • Conducting regular site visits and preparing contract documents and construction management.
  • Managing the entire Architecture department.
  • Resolving problems while ensuring that environmental impact is managed.
  • Registering with BOA as the Architecture Director of the company.
  • Performing marketing and planning KPIs for every quarter.
  • Searching tenders from Gebiz and other government agencies such as PSA, PA & N Park.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
