Lead Enterprise Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive new customer acquisition among mid-to-large enterprises, manage high-value accounts and lead consultative sales engagements with CXO-level stakeholders.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX / IT consulting, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to position cutting-edge solutions.

\

Key responsibilities include owning new logo/client acquisition and strategic enterprise growth, mentoring the BD team to foster high-performance practices and collaborating with UI / UX and delivery teams to develop business development strategies.

Job Requirements\
  • \
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a design-driven consulting startup.\
  • Proven track record of driving new customer acquisition and managing high-value accounts.\
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.\
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business development strategies.\
  • Strong understanding of UX / IT consulting and the ability to position cutting-edge solutions.\
  • BA / BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.\\/>
