Job Title: Duty Manager

SSG Hotels Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and guest services team to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they are equipped to handle all guest inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with the coordination of hotel events and activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
