About the Opportunity

Puig is seeking a talented Product Marketing Executive TR Asia Pacific to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies for assigned prestige brands in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Accountabilities

The primary accountability of this role is to achieve brand visibility, awareness, net revenues, and profitability objectives through the implementation of effective product marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders across functions and markets to develop and execute end-to-end brand management solutions. This includes brand portfolio optimization, ensuring brand image and global messages are respected and aligned with brand standards, and providing regional action plans for slow movers to minimize financial penalties.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product marketing plans for assigned prestige brands in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Lead the development and implementation of product marketing plans, including product launches and trade animation calendars, strategy preparation, and post-launch assessments
  • Work with the digital business team to champion digital marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor and analyze product performances, prepare business reviews, and client presentations
