Financial Accountant

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company's financial integrity. The Financial Accounting Specialist will reconcile and maintain petty cash and bank balances, support month-end and year-end financial reporting, and prepare financial statements for audits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company's financial integrity.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
